Jacob Booth from Mr. Rooter was excellent! Not only was the company able to send someone the day after I called, he arrived at the appointed time, late on a Friday afternoon, diagnosed the issue, fixed the sewer smell in our crawl space/basement, and also discovered another issue with a clogged drain from our kitchen, snaked and cleaned that out as well! I can't tell you how impressed I was by his courtesy, professionalism, and abilities. The fact that the smell is also now finally gone is also amazing. Highly recommend Jacob and this organization.

The technician Chris H. was very professional, efficient, honest and kind.
Chris completed the repair under an hour and the price quoted was very resonable.
I will definetly call this company again, for future repairs and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Sean Beck from Mr. Rooter came to install a drain pump in my basement and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The work was professional and everything works great! Came back for a second job and again, completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. I would definitely recommend and will hire them again in the future.

Sean Beck replaced our sewage pump on February 27, 2026. He was extremely professional, kind, and stayed for several hours, even after it got dark, to finish the job. He answered all of our questions, was very personable, and seemed very knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate his professionalism, work ethic, and positivity.

I had an emergency situation where there was a waterfalls coming out of Of an apartment building that I own and Rooter responded ASAP ,did a fine job and looked after all of the plumbing that was needed.
