Robby text ahead to tell me when he would arrive to install new hw heater. He was very courteous, worked efficiently and kept the work area clean and safe. He made sure I understoood what work was done and made sure to tell me they would be available for any problems if any arise. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

I was concerned about a toilet which had started not flushing well, and was using an immense amount of water per flush versus normal. It wasn't an emergency, but it was getting worse, and I really didn't want to wait until it became one! I was also concerned we might have water-restrictions again this Summer and the toilet would use way too much.
I called first thing in the AM, and the gentleman on the phone was so friendly and helpful! A Plumber was available that same afternoon, and he actually arrived earlier by a couple hours(with a heads-up message first).
The Plumber was very professional, explained everything required to be done and the parts needed really well(I'm legally blind so I need people to "tell not show" when explaining), left the work-area very tidy, and the price charged was very fair.
I'm extremely pleased with the job. It was a very nonstressful repair experience to an issue that really was stressing me out; and I will absolutely use Joe's services in the future, and I would recommend them to neighbours/family as well.

We just had a new hot water tank installed yesterday and the experience was quick and painless. The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. The customer service was excellent from the first call to checking in the next day to make sure all was good. Would definitely recommend!
