Good, fast, and efficient service. I had a driveway installed, as they call it... competitive price, good relationship with the very courteous employees, they even took the time to put planks on my lawn so I could drive over the machinery... much appreciated.

The work was done well and resolved the issue, hence the 3 stars.
However, this company's communication leaves much to be desired. I had a scheduled appointment, but received no communication beforehand. They never showed up on the agreed date. The work wasn't completed until the following week. I had to insist towards the end of the job that someone come and finish it, otherwise they would leave my foundation exposed on the day of a predicted heavy rain. They demanded payment via Interac e-Transfer before the work was finished, so I had little leverage left. They then left their equipment lying around my house for several days after the work was completed. The overall customer experience was therefore disappointing.

We hired SOS Drainage to replace our foundation drain and repair three cracks in the foundation. Excellent work, and the guys were very accommodating. The price/quality ratio is hard to beat. Thanks to Kevin, Christo, and Vincent! Great job, guys!

We called SOS Drainage to redo our French drain around the house when we started our intensive renovations in January. The service was quick and impeccable. The technicians took the time to clearly explain the work. They removed over 30 tons of rock during the project! They returned later in May to inspect the drain free of charge and remove more rocks that were hindering the landscaping at the back of the house. We are very satisfied with their service.

What an amazing service, friendly crew and professional workers. I had my sewage drain redone and Kevin and his team did an amazing work.
