Sam did an excellent job unclogging our bathroom drain. He was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done, and had everything working again in no time. The whole process was smooth, and he left the area clean when he finished. Pipe underneath the kitchen sink was rusted and it got separated Saturday afternoon. Called Sat. At 1:30 PM got an appointment for 4 - 6 same day, Technician, La, was there on time, within the scheduled window, give me couple of options, which I decided to go with his recommendation as my entire kitchen piping under the sink had multiple rust signs all over (18+ yrs) and an needed an overhaul. La was professional, and the work La did was absolutely high quality, super happy customer here, highly recommend.

I recently hired Premier Plumbing for excavation work and the installation of new pipes, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
I chose Premier over another company because their point person, Nick, was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and engaging from the very beginning. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the process clearly, and inspire confidence in the work that needed to be done.

To our shock, our stainless steel kitchen sink dropped and detached from our counter! Called Premier Plumbing right away. We didn’t have to wait. Great quick service. Technician named La came within 2 hours. He was very thorough. He listened to my concerns and did a great job re-attaching our sink. It’s a long process and he took the time to clean up after 3 hours of work. Thank you La!

Premier Plumbing is very service oriented. Their team responded very quickly to visit our third floor deck and provide excellent advice and a quote to install two downspout clean outs and a 5’ extension to the 4” pvc pipe. Two knowledgeable, considerate and customer oriented technicians returned within a couple of days and completed the job in 45 minutes in a very professional manner. I am happy with the job and high degree of service.

This first review was posted immediately upon completion of the work at the request of the technicians doing the job. It did not comment on the cost.
I subsequently requested a detailed invoice from Premier’s office. After a couple of requests the invoice was received and it appeared that the charges were significantly excessive when compared to the actual labour and parts provided. This led me to request an explanation for the apparent discrepancy; even tho , I had paid the account upon work completion.
I contacted Premier several times requesting an explanation for the charges. I heard nothing back from Premier, and after waiting several weeks felt compelled to update my review.
I was very satisfied with the actual work provided, but was very disappointed in the lack of post-work feedback.

Sam was fantastic to work with. He was professional, flexible, and communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed about scheduling and appointment timing.
We needed to figure out plumbing for a second-floor washer and dryer, and Sam came up with a creative, effective solution that others hadn’t suggested. He provided a fast, competitive quote and took the time to clearly explain all of the available options so I could make an informed decision.
What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He was friendly, patient, genuinely engaged in solving the problem, and never made me feel rushed. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about finding the best solution for his customers.

They were able to come to my condo in a day, provide a quote and finish the job the next day.
My condo required WSIB and COI which they were able to provide.
The sales rep Penolope was very kind and their technician was great. Stayed 2.5 hours to finish the job.

I had an excellent experience with Premier Plumbing and highly recommend them. Sulaiman first came to assess my water heater and was professional, polite, and thorough. He clearly explained my options, provided a detailed quote by email, and made the whole process easy to understand. The next day, Sulaiman returned with Jon to complete the installation.
