To our shock, our stainless steel kitchen sink dropped and detached from our counter! Called Premier Plumbing right away. We didn’t have to wait. Great quick service. Technician named La came within 2 hours. He was very thorough. He listened to my concerns and did a great job re-attaching our sink. It’s a long process and he took the time to clean up after 3 hours of work. Thank you La!

Premier Plumbing is very service oriented. Their team responded very quickly to visit our third floor deck and provide excellent advice and a quote to install two downspout clean outs and a 5’ extension to the 4” pvc pipe. Two knowledgeable, considerate and customer oriented technicians returned within a couple of days and completed the job in 45 minutes in a very professional manner. I am happy with the job and high degree of service.
5 stars for services provided.
This first review was posted immediately upon completion of the work at the request of the technicians doing the job. It did not comment on the cost.
I subsequently requested a detailed invoice from Premier’s office. After a couple of requests the invoice was received and it appeared that the charges were significantly excessive when compared to the actual labour and parts provided. This led me to request an explanation for the apparent discrepancy; even tho , I had paid the account upon work completion.
I contacted Premier several times requesting an explanation for the charges. I heard nothing back from Premier, and after waiting several weeks felt compelled to update my review.
I was very satisfied with the actual work provided, but was very disappointed in the lack of post-work feedback.

Sam was fantastic to work with. He was professional, flexible, and communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed about scheduling and appointment timing.

We needed to figure out plumbing for a second-floor washer and dryer, and Sam came up with a creative, effective solution that others hadn’t suggested. He provided a fast, competitive quote and took the time to clearly explain all of the available options so I could make an informed decision.

What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He was friendly, patient, genuinely engaged in solving the problem, and never made me feel rushed. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about finding the best solution for his customers.

Jonathen, and Sulaiman, did a terrific job replacing our water heater and installing a new main shutoff valve. Very professional work, great communication, and a cheerful demeanour as well. They overcame a few challenges with our present plumbing to get the jobs done.
