I contacted Mahara when I was worried about a potential sink clog and she was able to get me into her schedule in just a few days. She was very responsive and courteous, extremely punctual, and competent. The problem was resolved in less time than originally quoted, with a lower final cost because she determined that more advanced equipment wasn't needed. She left the work area spotless before she left. I've already recommended Mahara and Princess Plumbing to friends and family.

Mahara came to fix my washing machine, which was leaking.
She was punctual, attentive to detail, and very mindful of cleanliness (she even asked for cleaning supplies to wipe the machine before replacing the gasket). Before leaving, she made sure everything was properly fixed by running a quick load and staying to confirm there were no more leaks. At the end she also took the cardboard box and the old gasket with her, so I didn’t even have to worry about disposing of them.
The whole process was also very efficient, taking around 30 minutes.

Mahara did an excellent job today. She was punctual, professional, and solved all the plumbing problems efficiently. She also shared useful maintenance advice and kindly helped with other minor repairs. She made sure to thoroughly inspect everything before leaving, which gave me peace of mind. I had an excellent experience with Princess Plumbing! They came out on a Friday evening at 8 PM to unclog a sewer line. From start to finish, their service was outstanding.
The technician was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Mahara clearly explained what the issue was and how she was going to fix it. Communication throughout the process was great, and I really appreciated how clean and respectful they were while working in and around the house.
Customer service was top-notch, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right. It’s not easy to find reliable service that late in the day, but they made it stress-free. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again in the future.
