I gave Sam a call yesterday and he showed up this morning. I thought my garburator was the issue but it turned out to be a plugged drain. Sam took care of it quickly and reasonably priced as well. Many thanks!

Excellent experience right from the initial phone call. He picked up the phone right away on a holiday Monday. Came over in abt 2 hrs. Diagnosed the problem. Removed broken part. Drove to Burnaby. Installed after dinner same day. Very professional.

Sam is friendly and easy to work with, with a great sense of humor. He responded quickly to my questions, came by promptly to check the issue, and provided a fair quote. He also made sure everything was completed before the FortisBC deadline. Really appreciate his help, and we’ll definitely contact him again for future boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

We had a shower issue where the handle no longer connects properly with the cartridge, hence unable to run and stop water reliably. Called Sam from Global Plumbing and he took care of the issue quickly by replacing the very old valve with a modern one. He was also a great listener and was able to install the new valve from the front as I requested which was tricky due to the small space and the need to minimize as much tile damage as possible. Overall a great, efficient and reliable service.

Sam has a very pleasant disposition and actually whistles while he works! He explained exactly what he was doing and why. Any issues that occurred were cheerfully addressed, which was very reassuring to me. He inspires confidence and I would definitely recommend him for a plumbing project. What also impressed me was that he reset the clock on my electric/gas cooker before he left.
