We met Pacific Peak to Peak Plumbing through a couple of rounds of kitchen and bathroom renos, with excellent results each time. When it came time to replace our boiler and hot water heater, Rick and his team delivered a work of art. Great maintenance service too!

Rick and his team showed up at our old house prepared to jackhammer the floor if necessary to repair an old drain connection for a toilet. Instead, he was able to manipulate the old pipe so that he could install a repair flange. It saved us a lot of money and time and we’re really happy with the result! Rick was very patient with my questions and generous with his expertise. If you’re looking for a good, practical plumber, he’s your guy!

Rick and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and reliable with our bathroom renovation. Rick's final quote came in lower than originally expected, which is always nice (there was a bit of a challenge when they opened our 118-year-old walls, but they quickly resolved it). We had the crew back a few times to install pipes and fixtures throughout our reno, and they consistently provided top notch work. When you're doing a reno, timing is key, and Rick made sure that his guys were available right when we needed them, even if there was a month-long gap. Plumber Stuart was always on site, and a great guy to have around. They even took their shoes off at the door without asking. Our contractor remarked that he seldom sees such clean plumbing work. All in all, a great experience.

We have been working with Peak to Peak plumbing for about 10 years at our spa. Rick and his team have done impeccable work and have come up with many creative solutions. As a business owner I really appreciate the way Rick treats his employees and how he is an excellent trainer of his apprentices. I also appreciate that if there is something Peak to Peak is unable to do Rick will share his contacts so that we can get the job done. I have no worries about recommending Peak to Peak.

Rick and his team are my go to plumbers to refer to any of my clients. Their workmanship is impeccable, clean, and solid every time. Ricks customer service is also fast and easy. They have an OCD about there work that I love. Even the pipes behind the walls are nicely laid out and clean! Absolutley love these guys!
