We had an issue with our tub for months being clogged (it would come and go) and decided to let the condo board know of this issue, they immediately referred Fountainhead Mechanical to us to auger the tub drainage, Keynan Payne was our assigned plumber.

I highly recommend Fountainhead as his technicians which in my case I got to know Keynan Payne he was very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work, he seamlessly got the job done and even after the work was completed he cleaned the tub up and left everything in pristine condition as if nothing had happened. Oh and they love dogs! Which for me is a plus!

It is this attention to detail that separates them from the rest and as I said before I highly recommend them for any HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical work, I know I will continue to work with them for sure.

Jackson was so helpful! He came by today to investigate why our water wasn’t coming in super hot in any of the taps - he was able to figure out what the issue was, then run out and get a replacement part AND installed the new piece with success, all the while being very informative and kind. Thank you Jackson for helping us get hot water back in the unit!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Jackson was so helpful! He came by today to investigate why our water wasn’t coming in super hot in any of the taps - he was able to figure out what the issue was, then run out and get a replacement part AND installed the new piece with success, all the while being very informative and kind. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with techs Curtis, Paul and Hayden as well as the owner Mark. We originally got another company to come fix our furnace. They dropped the ball big and left us high and dry on May long weekend when it was -1 with no furnace. We called Fountainhead Mechanical and they were out to our place the Saturday of May Long weekend within 3 hours of my original call. Curtis the technician who came out the first time did the best he could but unfortunately due to the supplier there were issues replacing our burnt out motherboard. After the new motherboard the supplier didn't mention due to the upgrade on the motherboard the motor would also need to be upgraded. Curtis felt absolutely horrible he wasn't able to get the furnace going for us, the look on his face said it all. With this furnace being 15-16 years old we didn't wanna pour thousands into it for the motherboard and new motor. The next day I received a phone call from Mark and we worked together to be able to come up with a solution to get some heat in our house. He got ahold of the supplier to see if they could in house program the OEM motherboard so we wouldn't have to replace the motor. They got back to Mark and said yes they could, but at that time I had found a brand new furnace on a deal. When Mark and I connected again I had mentioned given how old the furnace is I would hate to get the OEM programmed motherboard in and for other things to start failing. With the deal I got on the furnace it makes more sense to just replace it. Mark agreed and we set up for installation. We had Paul and Hayden come out, these two guys were fantastic! They were efficient, clean, and very respectable. They kept going till the job was done, and threw in a few jokes along the way to put a smile on a frustrating time! If you have a chance to use this company I highly recommend it. I wasn't expecting the service I got, with Mark calling us and personally dealing with it till we came to a resolution, to the compassion and empathy we recieved from the technicians it make you realize that there are still some companies out there who still care. We will be a life long customers, thank you for the amazing service!

We had a leak in our heating system that Dave was able to address.
He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and took the tine to explain what the issue was and what the best plan of action would be moving forward.
I felt well informed and overall was really happy with the service (even got some tips on leak detection strategies!).
Dave was friendly and professional, would highly recommend!

Adam M is absolutely wonderful. We had leaks from our humidifier and condensation piping in our ceiling. The builder could have done a better and more careful job installing the humidifier and one of the pipes. The space was tight and made it difficult to work with. Adam spent most of the day repairing the leaks. He was careful and thoughtful. He provided us with helping responses to our questions. He also gave me maintenance tips and information to make our home a better place. We were very lucky to have Adam work on our unit. He also gave cleaned up the job site. after he was finished. We have dealt with many contractors and trades people. None of them are as skillful, diligent and professional. We highly recommend Adam M. You won’t be disappointed. He is the best!
