We had a leak in our Rinnai on demand water heater .. we knew it was going to be expensive.. Justin came out talked to us and guided us to the best solution. They were awesome, very knowledgeable and very affordable. I will use them again. I highly recommend

The service was absolutely phenomenal and for me to have my HVAC system upgraded took a bit more effort due to constraints within a condo bylaw. McLeod's plumbing and heating worked with me to ensure that everything was in working order and in compliance with the bylaw. Their professionalism and ability to work efficiently was very impressive and I cannot recommend their service highly enough for anybody who needs HVAC work done.

We recently had Justin, come out to service our tankless water heater, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. What really stood out was his depth of knowledge — he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we fully understood how to keep the system running efficiently.
He truly went above and beyond, not just fixing the issue but carefully checking the entire system to prevent future problems. You could tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.
It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a warm and respectful attitude. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone — reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again!

I’m very happy with the service from Macleod’s Plumbing. I had an issue with my sewage sump pump, and they handled it quickly and professionally. They clearly explained the process and confirmed all costs before starting the work, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

Our furnace motor failed, another furnace guy I trusted recommended Justin, and when I called and told him we had no heat he squeezed me in that day. The next day Justin and his employees were back mid morning with a new furnace which they had installed by 4 PM. Justin was wonderful to deal with and he and his guys were all personable and thorough and very competent. We would highly recommend Macleod’s Plumbing & Heating.
