All I can say is "WOW" what great service! We had a short notice call into Duckys and they came out on short notice to clear a backflow from the sewer in our house. Punctual, tidy, outstanding service and truly valuable to us! This was a great example of a company that cares and does incredible follow up. This will be my go to company when I refer clients who have drain issues. Thank you, thank you!!!!

Exceptional service, showed up early, had all the tools to do the job and explained the process! 50 year old house, never had the drains cleaned the 25 years I’ve been here, and it needed it! We called Ducky's after reading wonderful reviews on an online forum. So glad we called because they came out today, after providing us with an estimate based on what we thought our issue was. It ended up being far less serious and the tech who came out explained everything. Thanks so much for a great experience. We can definitely recommend Ducky's.

I called them for a clogged kitchen drain a few weeks ago. We scheduled an appointment and Andy showed up on time and cleared the blockage without issue. He was super efficient and very pleasant. It’s a relief to have a company we know we can trust if something else comes up with our plumbing in the future. Very reasonable pricing as well. 10/10 would recommend!

I cannot speak more highly of Ducky's Drains, Andy, and the whole team I interacted with. Fixed price drain cleanout, no hassles, incredibly quick, solved the blockage near instantly. If you have a clogged drain and live in Calgary, don't bother looking anywhere else. This is the company to use, and to get the job done properly for a more than reasonable price. Thank you so very much for getting things flowing in our house again!!!

I would absolutely recommend Ducky’s Drains to anyone looking for sewer or drain cleaning. Andy is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Communication from everyone involved was top notch and professional throughout. What started as a surprise tree root issue turned into a larger problem where the city sewer line for the block was full and backing up. The city came out and addressed their portion the same day. Andy showed me everything, explained what was happening, and clearly walked me through what needed to be done. I’m very happy with the service!

This is by far one of the most friendly and economical companies I've had the pleasure to employ. Not only were they prompt and accountable, they were also kind and took the time to explain their process and why certain things work, and why certain processes are chosen for the job at hand. Huge shoutout to Ducky’s Drain. We had tree roots backing everything up and they were awesome. Andy showed up right on time and were super polite. The best part was they video scoped the pipe before they started and again after they finished so I could actually see that the roots were gone. Really honest work and fair pricing—highly recommend them. We’ll definitely be having them back next year to maintain the roots and keep things clear!
