Water heater tank started leaking and needs to be replaced, these guys came to the rescue. Quick response. Fast and friendly service. So happy about the price he gave me for the new WHT installed. Symon also gave an honest advice about my furnace noise for future service. Would definitely recommend!

Symon did an awesome job in repairing our A/C during the recent heat wave. He was quickly able to identify the problem and suggest an optimal solution at a reasonable rate. Punctual, professionally knowledgeable, he did not hesitate to call on his team to help with the repairs in a timely manner. All in all, what a great experience we had with Symon!

Symon was absolutely awesome. A good guy with great work ethic, he came into my home and fixed my issue. He was also pleasant to talk to and well priced. I recommend him anytime you need a good plumber!

Very professional install of tankless heater. Plumber showed up when he said he would and installed heater the next day. He used a high quality Navien tankless heater which is a very good quality.cleaned up the mess and took the old HWT away with him.

My heater model is navien tankless heater. We had a issue with air pressure which error code 110. I tried to contact over 10 companies, and one of company tried to overcharge me. So I looked out all google reviews before I choose. and I really satisfied with Symon and Elajah.
They were very professional and seemed to have excellent teamwork. Before making any repairs, they accurately explained the issue and provided a clear breakdown of the prices for parts and service fees. They also differentiated between what needed immediate fixing and what could wait to ease the burden on the consumer. These thoughtful considerations put me at ease. Moreover, they already had all the necessary parts in stock, which made the repair process efficient. While it required a significant investment, I was extremely satisfied with their service. I recommend this company for sure. If you use navien, please contact to here!

I called Symon on a Friday (water leaking from furnace) and was able to schedule a repair for the following Monday morning.
Symon was very punctual, carried out the repair and ensured to clean up the work area when finished.
One thing that stood out was his willingness to answer questions and educate me on the repair at hand as well as actions I could take in the future (preventative maintenance).
The app he uses to streamline booking, invoicing and automatically send customer updates (email/text) is a nice touch.
With his reasonable prices, attitude and quality of work, I would not hesitate to recommend Symon to anyone for HVAC/Plumbing work.
