Shane and Reid recently installed a new toilet. When they ran into a flow issue they didn't hesitate to go up on the roof to blow out the vent stack and clean out the pipes. I love working with folks who don't hesitate to go beyond - Great job!

It's the second time I received their service and I'm always super satisfied! The service is great, clean and courteous. He always take time to explain what he is doing and offer solutions. Prices are really reasonable as well.
I will most definitely call them again if I ever need a plumber!

We utilized their services for a Gas Hot water tank and our Furnace and AC. When we reached out, a reply came very quickly which was greatly appreciated. All installs went smooth and the service is professional and courtious. Furnace units wern't in abundance and Shane went out of his way to find a suitable one for our house at a market competitive/ reasonable cost. 100% reccommend them to others requiring gas & water services.

Ryan, Shane and the team at Its Plumbing handled all the plumbing for our new build in 2023. Shane was great to deal with from always being responsive and willing to help us with fixture suggestions. They worked around our schedule and job was completed without any surprise costs. We are located in a rural area and they are able to handle the hot water tank, well water connection and the water softener system.
I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

Partial toilet stack replacement (copper to abs) and plumbing for new washer/dryer (with steam), laundry sink and Saniflo toilet. Shane and Alex are awesome to work with and we will be working with them for future plumbing needs. It was great work at a fair price. Alex is fantastic.
