Had issues with a hot water tank and they organized a fix for me within a very short timeframe. I was very pleased with their service and their price.

Way overcharged, the guy came in less than 15 mins. as he said he was in the area and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes, no parts were needed, was charged close to $200. I asked why the amount was so high, his explanation was for the travel cost.
Go2 will definetly never be my "go to" for any future plumbing service. Their pricing is ridiculous. Might as well have charged me $1000. It feels with them if they walk in your door and see nice furniture, in their minds they pump up the price automatically and hopes the customer doesn't notice.

I was having problems with my furnace. This is my first home purchase and first repair as a home owner. Moe was polite and knowledgeable and prices seemed fair. I would definitely call again and recommend him to friends.

Was extremely prompt with returning communication to learn details, then called first thing in the AM to set an appointment, texted when 10 minutes out.
Excellent customer service and workmanship. Plumbing repairs done properly is never cheap, but the money spent was well worth it (especially when redoing poor modifications that caused issues).
Never DYI plumbing! Hire professionals to have it done right the first time.
