Nathan is my go to plumber and has done a lot of work for me over the years, from a hot water tank to drain cleaning. He always does a great job for me and goes above and beyond every time. Not only that but he's super nice and easy to work with. He is always clear regarding pricing and the scope of work and is very reliable; I really appreciate that a lot.

Nathan was absolutely amazing! He came out at the last minute with zero notice to track down a leak in my ceiling and had it diagnosed and repaired incredibly fast. His professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness were outstanding. I was beyond grateful that he showed up so quickly and at such a reasonable rate. If you need a plumber you can trust, Nathan and Plumbing Pros are the ones to call. Highly, highly recommend!

I submitted the online request for quote and Nathan called and texted right away. He mostly dealt with my husband in person, but my experience was that he provides excellent and transparent communication. When he was completing the work he provided an updated quote as problems were found in our plumbing that needed extra labour and parts. My husband said he was very knowledgeable and professional. I also appreciate that he and his apprentice cleaned up their mess when they left! 10/10 would recommend and hire again!
