I've used Steph twice now. First for an install of a hot water tank at my rental, and 2nd for change of old leaky gate valve on main water line at my own house. Both times she's been nothing short of incredible, smart, thoughtful and all around a great person. Both jobs were done meticulously and efficiently. She even gave my husband and I some new ideas on our demon toilet that multiple other plumbers who tried (and failed to fix) did not think of. Very fair pricing to top it off. 100% my go to now

The owner, Stephanie, came out to install a new hot water tank after our old one began leaking. She was cheaper than a lot of other places without skimping on the quality of parts or work, fast, communicative, and performed with work with great care. Not only that but as a person she is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic experience, dedicated company, plumbing work was accomplished very efficiently and effectively, as described, and certainly worth it. Would definitely utilize again, hope I never have to, but would if the occasion arose. 👏👏👏 The best around, in my opinion. A complete swap of copper lines, and cast underground, to ABS and Pex. No job too big or small. Wish I had more photos to contribute. The manifold work was just *chefs kiss* it upgrades the plumbing, and prevents pressure loss with both showers running at the same time. If you don't have it, and have multiple bathrooms it is a worthwhile upgrade.

My 110 year old home had a giant crack in its sewer stack which had gone unnoticed by previous owners. It wasn't until the smell of sewer gas overwhelmed my house last month that I finally discovered the issue. I called Steph for a quote after a different plumbing company tried to rip me off. Not only did she quote me half of what the other plumbing company was going to charge for the repair, she included bringing all of my bathroom plumbing up to code in her quote. She also ended up completing the job for $1000 less than she quoted.

Steph handled my abundance of pets with kindness and ensured none of them escaped while she was bringing equipment and parts in and out of my house. Her communication was great and I appreciated how she was able to explain what was going on in my house so that I was properly informed. As a female homeowner, this was one of the first times I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or ripped off by a contractor.

Thanks to Steph, I can finally relax about my plumbing. I will be using her company for future renovations and plumbing projects and recommending her to my friends!
