Can not say enough positive about our experience with Brian Plumbing. John was efficient, honest, kind and responded quickly to our query. Trustworthy, and got the job done on a Sunday when we needed it. Highly recommend- we even asked for a card to share with our family members when they need a plumber. During a period of heavy rainfall, we discovered that our sump pump had failed. John came to the rescue quickly, installed a new pump, and helped save us from a flooded basement. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and took the time to share his knowledge throughout the process. We really appreciated his expertise and excellent service. Thanks so much, John!

We needed a new hot water tank and hired John to do the swap. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process- from choosing the right replacement tank, to pointing out features and things to monitor to help keep it optimal. Punctual, really nice work, and great price. We will definitely keep John in mind for future plumbing and heating needs!!!

I live in BC and own a condo in Edmonton. I found Brian plumbing & heating online in my search for a plumber, I chose them from a few I checked out. I have used them a few times and have been more than satisfied with the work, the price, and the clear communication. Most recently, I was in Edmonton preparing or condo for new tenants. I noticed a puddle of water under the sink. My friend stuck his head under the sink and determined the leak was coming from the shut off valve. One big problem we had was there was no shut off valve for the shut off valve in the condo. This would mean a very expensive repair involving shutting down the water to the entire 20 unit building. It was already evening and I was leaving the next day. I called John and explained the situation. He wanted a picture so I went and got him one. He then talked me through the repair and we fixed the shut off valve without removing it.

When our hot water tank stopped working in freezing temperatures, he showed up within 15 minutes and figured out the issue, John was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. John was great. I have an old house with a cellar door and steep stairs. First feat was finding a water tank that would fit, then getting the old one out and new one in. John found a tank in my budget, and together we got those tanks through. John was friendly and professional and the project turned out perfect.
