Had a serious sewer issue, at first Aloha seemed great and I was very pleased and then it went downhill from there. The repair took months, there was no communication and I was left with a gaping hole in my basement. They finally came back to do the repair and within 3 months fitting broke and caused significant water damage to the walls. They committed to coming the next day to fix the fitting but once again no show… ghosted, not even the courtesy call to let me know they were not showing up. I had to call an emergency plumber so we could use water! I do not recommend and I will never contact Aloha Plumbing again!

Really appreciate the work they put into my repair. It was a challenging job, but they stayed committed from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the process, and were great to work with. I always felt they had my best interests in mind.

I had a sewer back-up in my basement. I hired a plumbing company who used a camera to inspect the sewer line to see if they could clear it. They found considerable damage to the sewer line and did not want to chance clearing and causing even more damage. They recommended Aloha Plumbing to see if it could be re-lined. Aloha came down re-inspected the line with their camera and showed me the damage and said re-lining was a good option. I went for the re-line as winter/snow was fast approaching. Everyone from the person who first booked the appointments and did the invoicing/billing to the technicians and owner of this company were fantastic to deal with and extremely professional! We were very happy with the results. It is good to that small business's such as these that seem to really care still exist today! I would recommend Aloha Plumbing & Drain Services to anyone.

Dealt with Aloha to repair a basically collapsed sewer pipe originating at my basement and about 6' into the yard in River Heights area, AFTER I paid a plumber $1,500 to not fix it. LOL

They did great work and were a pleasure to deal with. 5 years later it's still perfect. Highly recommended, great company and great owner.

Could not have had a better experience. After another company cited an extreme service with little to now diagnostics, we sought a 2nd opinion from Aloha. Brett arrived quickly, took time to diagnose the issue, listened intently, and thoroughly explained his reasoning behind his suspicions. Brett is clearly a professional in practice and demeanor, demonstrating his skill and outstanding work ethic. Brett was able to resolve our problem without the extreme measures originally recommended by the other company. Throughout the interaction Brett impressed with his wisdom beyond his years, love of learning his profession and dedication to Aloha, a business which clearly fosters innovation, development and employee satisfaction.

I just realized Im writing this is work mode, but I'll just say, Brett and Aloha saved me a few thousand dollars and was a friggin pleasure to hang out with for a few hours while he did his thing.

I'll be using them for our next root cleaning and yearly scope from here on out. Thanks for being a good dude, Brett.
