Just had my sewer line cleaned by George at Imperial Sewer. He checked off all the boxes, very professional and knowledgeable.....and my house was left clean like he wasn't even there! 5 stars no question. Highly recommended.

Dylan from Guardian Plumbing referred us to George at Imperial Sewer & Drain, and I’m so glad he did. It was a pretty tough job, but George cleared a really stubborn blockage and even showed us what caused it using a camera. He made sure everything was handled properly so we wouldn’t have to worry about it again in the short term.
Super helpful, honest, and made sure everything was good before leaving. Highly recommend these guys!

Excellent service from Imperial Sewer and Drain. I had a plugged main drain. George, the technician was respectful, laid down tarps from my front door to the basement’s main drain, he was very careful not to make a mess. George took the time to ensure the pipes were completely clear. Imperial Sewer and Drain emailed me my invoice, as well as a video of the main drain. With this video George detected a shift in the pipe that I will contact the city to show them. George even took the time to wiped down the door handle on his way out. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Imperial Sewer & Drain, specially George made for as pleasant of a situation you can have when dealing with immediate drainage issues over the Christmas holidays.
They were able to immediately come out and assess the issue(s). The job required breaking the concrete and addressing a collapsed pipe. The work was not just professionally done. It was well documented with pictures/videos, and complete cleanup when done. Not to mention the cost of the repair was very fair.
I’ve used many plumbers in the past and highly recommend using Imperial Sewer & Drain for any plumbing needs.

After calling a number of Plumbing services in the West St Paul and St Andrews area. No one was able to come out likely due to it being very Busy around the Christmas Season. Imperial Sewer and Drain made time late into the night to come up to unclog our main line. George was very courteous and thorough. He provided some pointers on minimizing the likelihood of soft clogs. He prepped the spot with rags and made sure his work was clean. I highly recommend this outstanding individual for their professionalism, care and insight. 👍👍.
