Brendon (who was prompt and couteous with his replies), sent his dad Craig (PT employee, FT family :-) and Craig was fabulous! Prompt, courteous, knows his stuff! "NO upselling!" Got right to checking the issue, removed the basement toilet, found the blockage and cleared it immediately, then reinstalled the toilet with new wax seal, bolts, thingy in toilet tank (to fix slow fill), and a new water shutoff tap since mine was corroded. Tested toilet and shower to make sure it all drained well. Now the toilet (and shower) drain perfectly. Price was VERY reasonable, I will definately call them again for any issues or concerns.

Fast, friendly and right to the point. Brendon arrived at my house by end of day and promptly discovered my new 1 year old houses issue (a broken sewer pipe full of clay, can you believe it?). He walked me through the entire process and was very informative and transparent about what he was doing and how I should proceed. He recorded everything, had me take pictures and gave instruction on how to proceed.

No question was left unanswered and I will not hesitate to call him for his services if I ever need them.
