I definitely recommend Corey with Clean Connections ! He was professional, personable, friendly, and did a great job assessing what the issue was, explained it to me and fixed it up. He accommodated me the very next day after initially speaking with him . When I need a plumber again I'll he'll be my go to. Thanks so much !

I called Corey to demolish my bathtub as a preparation to bathroom renovation. Corey showed up in time and demolishing have been done in professional manner, he answered all my questions and finished in 1.5 hour.
Thought when I got a bill I was confused seeing 2.5 hours of labor time mentioned there. When I reached him pointing to this he answered he charge for the commute time and he lives 30 minutes from my house. This never been discussed during our initial call and this basically doubled the final bill.
I don't think adding hidden costs is a proper way to do business, such things should be discussed in advance. So I don't think I will call again.
Transparency in pricing is crucial for customer trust, and I hope that Corey takes this feedback into consideration for future engagements.
