I called Corey to demolish my bathtub as a preparation to bathroom renovation. Corey showed up in time and demolishing have been done in professional manner, he answered all my questions and finished in 1.5 hour.
Thought when I got a bill I was confused seeing 2.5 hours of labor time mentioned there. When I reached him pointing to this he answered he charge for the commute time and he lives 30 minutes from my house. This never been discussed during our initial call and this basically doubled the final bill.
I don't think adding hidden costs is a proper way to do business, such things should be discussed in advance. So I don't think I will call again.
Transparency in pricing is crucial for customer trust, and I hope that Corey takes this feedback into consideration for future engagements.

called about a leaking outdoor faucet which appeared to be a quick, easy fix but no, I discovered the indoor shut-off was leaking as well. Corey took it all in stride, discussed the options with me and got the job done in a friendly and professional way.

I had a wonderful experience with Clean Connections! Corey, the plumber, was knowledgeable, flexible, and went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly and found me the best price on a new hot water tank. Corey not only installed the tank but also helped remove the radiators in my home.
