Roly did an excellent job installing my water softener. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He took the time to explain how everything works, made sure the installation was clean and well done, and tested the system thoroughly before finishing.
He cares about doing things the right way. Everything works perfectly, and the difference in water quality was noticeable right away. If you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled, I highly recommend Roly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again

After a disastrous flood that ruined the basement of our home, B&R Water made some excellent suggestions as how to get our drinking water safer. After much transparent and helpful communication, Rolly and his lad Riley came over and installed the new unit(s). They were fast, clean, and courteous - a pleasure to work with. We feel better knowing our water is as clean as can be for our family. Highly recommended.

Called B&R Water Treatment late Tuesday afternoon as I had no water in the house. They asked for my well report and well pump information and reassured me that no matter what I would have water tomorrow. Next morning on the coldest day of the year, they were at our house to diagnose the problem which was a defective well pump. They had brought everything they needed to change the pump including several different well pumps. They took the time to discuss my water needs and my water pressure preferences to ensure I had the best pump for us. No other contractor has ever taken the time before to appropriately size a well pump for us and this was the 4th well pump we were getting installed. Once the pump was replaced they thoroughly tested it to ensure it met my needs. All this in one morning and one trip. We can now take a shower and if someone else turns on the tap, the water pressure and hot water is no longer affected. I am very happy with the quality of work and service B&R Water Treatment provided and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a water softener, well pump or having issues with their water pressure.

B&R water came and changed my filters and added salt to my water softener system. They were quick and professional leaving no mess! They weee also very prompt on coming at the time they said they would be there. I would highly recommend them as they were also the one that contacted me to about having my filters done after a year so I don't have to remember when they last did them. Great job guys!!!!
