WOW! Just had a chat with Dina, she answered all my questions on the phone, showed me alternatives and so on! Now I know what to do and what to expect, absolutely excellent and knowledgeable pre-purchase customer service!! (we're talking about a complex water filtration system at a former commercially used place that was put in by another outfit, or alternatively installing an RO system to cover the (now) residential needs instead)

We bought a house 4 years ago and have had a soft water system here the whole time, I knew nothing about it and the water made our skin very dry and unpleasant for anything (hard water).
I called Air&Water in Williams Lake and their booking times are not too bad, definitely worth it!
The service man was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great, respectful person.
He plumbed our soft water system into our main house water system, serviced the soft water treatment system and set it up, showing me exactly how things work to keep it running and maintained.
The invoice once all done and rigged up was EXTREMLY low to my surprise.
I am positively impressed! Top notch outfit for Williams Lake, can't say the same about certain other local businesses.
Thanks Air & Water for making this happen! Our skin/hair/laundry/etc. is smooth as silk.
