I live in Bloor West and contracted out Draincom to do external waterproofing of my basement wall. Unfortunately for reasons not necessarily related to Draincom it required 4 separate excavations to finally get the wall sealed and my basement dry

Why do I give 5stars to Draincom? Well I was throughly impressed with Draincom approach to the project and the challenges we faced. Here are few observations:
1-I have a mentally ill neighbour who on each excavation would yell and berate the workers. I actually had to coordinate with the police and Draincom to ensure that there would be no problems for the working team. Every single worker took it in stride and responded politely in kind to the abuse. Luckily one of the workers connected with my neighbour because he spoke Ukrainian. Once this connection was established things went more smoothly.
2-Because of having to dig several times I met several members of the staff. Every staff member was personable,polite,professional,prompt, and very hard working.
3-Slava, the team lead, in particular was amazing! He has the same traits as his crew,treats his team with respect, is smart and very good with customers. He responded promptly to my texts and emails and went above and beyond trying to trouble shoot the water problems with me.
4-Finally I was extremely impressed with the companies' perseverance and commitment to getting the job done right! I was probably the worst job for this group in many years and they got it done and stayed positive.

I would highly recommend this group to anyone!

I was compelled to send a letter of appreciation for Slava and the team members who did an outstanding job fixing a major cracks in my basement wall this tuesday. I enlisted the services of your company again because of the excellent job accomplished installing a window drain, and fixing some major cracks in my basement wall earlier this year. Slava were very courteous, hard working, and provided me with some helpful advice about preventing the freezing problems i had been having with my sump pump in past years. First off Iwould like to say that Iwas greatly impressed with the service and workmanship Draincom had provided.I called Draincom because sewege water was cominginto my basement from my floor drain.I spoke to the receptionist who hat sent Carl to assess the situation first thing in the morning. Carl had showed up ON TIME and was very polite andvery respectful of my property. Carl had show me what the problem was and outlined how the problem be fixed.Befor any work had bugam Iwas given a detailed quote which outlined the price and work that was to take place.NO SURPRISES. After a havy rain we discovered the leak in our basement. Our house is only seven years old. And we just bought it !!!!! What a surprise.
We have found Draincom over the Internet. There quote for fixing the leak was reasonable, compare to other two companies we called for estimates.

One of the showers in our house started giving off a strange smell every time it was used, and after a while the bad smell became constant. After contacting DrainCom, an experienced technician- Igor was sent for our free estimate. He performed a camara inspection and quickly determined the nature of the problem. Over the course of several years, we had our basement leak on a regular basis due to heavy rain. The house was quite old and the basement definitely required some fixing up.
