I contacted this company for a water‑line noise issue that was disturbing my entire household. I clearly described the problem on Homestars and even provided the known water‑pressure reading from my recent renovation. The plumber, Matt, arrived and immediately blamed ‘lack of insulation in the walls' and then left. Three days later he returned, spent less than five minutes in the washroom, and charged $180+tax for a so‑called ‘diagnostic test’ that simply repeated the same information I had already given him. The invoice even states that the pressure is normal and the issue is due to insulation — meaning no plumbing work was needed at all. My problem remains unresolved, and I was billed for nothing of value. This kind of practice takes advantage of clients who rely on professional expertise, and it raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity.

Great company, has been out to my place on many occasions for various repairs, always nice and professional. We recently had Matt come to take care of some pipe issues in our bathroom, he was great, very professional, he knew what he was talking about and did an amazing job, very quick, kind, and he cleaned up afterwards, highly recommend him and will request him going forward. After receiving a referral, we booked an appointment on line for Anta to come by and look at work we needed to complete. Yuriy came by to estimate the scope of work that needed to be completed. As promised a quote was established later in the day. After we agreed on the quote Anta set up the start date for a crew to come in and begin the work. Due to poor water flow and water temperature variations we decided to update our water line from 1/2" to 3/4". We also had a backwater flow valve installed as we had a a drain back up in our last home and we didn't want to experience this in our new home. These valves prevent drain water from flowing back into the home in case if blockage. They are a huge basement flood protector. As an added bonus there is a rebate provided by the city to encourage getting this job done. The next step was to put in some drains for a basement bathroom. Anta delivered on all fronts. Yuriy and his crew did an excellent job. The crew was polite and courteous and communicated all steps of each job. Massive piles of dirt are accumulated both inside and outside of the home for these jobs. When the job was completed (3 full days) the job site was tidied and all water lines, valves and drains functioned perfectly.

Anta Plumbing has been amazing! I have used their services for over a decade and they have always been quick, efficient and professional in terms of always answering their phone and booking appointments right away and being available same or next day and getting the job done right the first time. I highly recommend them. They are extremely professional. They were life savers today. I am so thankful.
