I used their services for a major renovation in my basement, to re-locate my hydronic heating and install a bathroom, as well as change the pipe for the hose attachment in my backyard.
Let me first say, Tony is AMAZING, when he shows up. He does amazing work, knows his trade backwards and forwards, and does amazing work.
His helpers, I can honestly say , are not very good. We had to fix a few things after they did their job without any critical thinking behind choices they made.
The reason for this review is very simple. The hose faucet they installed 2 years ago is defective. Tony is aware of it. He said last year to contact him in the spring and he would change it. A year later, still not done, calls and texts go unanswered, emails as well. The faucet leaks when in use and I have to contact another company to fix it.
While I have the utmost respect for Tony's work, I must admit the lack of respect for returning calls and fixing shoddy work is eroding my respect for his company to the point I would not recommend him to friends and family.
