After calling Mr. Rooter Toronto Plumber, it felt like no time at all before the technician was right at my door. After I explained the situation to him, he immediately diagnosed the problem, explained the solution, and got to work. Being located in Toronto, the response time was quick, the plumbing service was exceptional, and the technician treated me with upmost respect.

George the plumber from Rooter did a five star job.He came on time and fixed my plugged plumbing in a professional manner. He also suggested fabulous ideas on other plumbing issues I had such as leaking faucets, old toilets that needed replacing and so on. thanks George

I had discovered my Toilet Shut Off Valve was leaking Sunday evening. I had put a pot underneath, but it would quickly fill and I worried about going to bed.
I found Mr.Rooter on the web as the Top Rated Plumber for Toronto, and filled out an Online Maintenance Request.
As they were closed, I promptly got an Email right away saying please call in the morning from 7:30am onwards.
I did so, and they were very friendly and courteous! And answered right away! (Again, Monday at 7:30am!? AMAZING!)
Brian was quickly sent over and arrived within the hour. He also had an apprentice with him, which I did not mind. It was nice to see how he taught and interacted with him, and actually took a great pride in his work and the knowledge in his profession--wanting to pass that on to the next generation.
I ended up having to fix my flange on top of the valve, as I knew that was broken. The whole thing cost me quite a bit for a Monday morning at 9am! Haha. But again, I was glad to know that it wouldve been much expensive elsewhere, that the service wouldve come much later in the day, and that the job is now done perfectly & under warranty.
(I even became a Lifetime Member of Mr. Rooter because it just made sense!)
Again, great job to the whole team!

George Shakh did a very good job on an emergency call this past weekend. He was very courteous and professional. George immediately identified the problem and worked very hard to rectify it. He took the time and showed great patience when he explained, in detail, the cause of the problem and what further work was required to resolve the recurring issue.

Mr. Rooter provides qualified, experienced plumbing technicians like Keith Harkness. Keith was patient and professional from start to finish of his visit. Keith provided a thorough detailed conclusion of my plumbing issues that was in fact found to be a city issue. He took the time and effort to explain to me where my pipe lines were located and the purpose for them. He provided the utmost service and truely took the extra step to make me feel at ease. At the end of his visit he provided me with his cell number where I could reach him if I needed him to explain to the city worker how he came to the plumbing conclusion. I have always used Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing issues and by far Keith has been the best plumbing technician by far. Mr. Rooter is previledged to have an experienced, professional and expert like Keith as part of their team.

My husband and I were very impressed with the work of John Dima from Mr Rooter. He was courteous, thorough, and took the time to explain what the reason for our plumbing issues had been and how we might possibly avoid it happening again in the future. Our water pressure is now fabulous (or back to normal), thanks to John! I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to solve a plumbing issue in their home, no matter how big or small.
