Came home from holidays in Japan and one of the worst nightmares happened, a backed up kitchen sink drain!
Ok, tried what we could to fix the problem and no success.
Booked an appointment online.
Nathan introduced himself and proceeded to begin the repair after going through the estimate.
Throughout the repair Nathan was professional, courteous,and polite.
After unclogging,rebuilding the piping and checking that water was draining, an issue arose when the water stopped draining again.
This had Nathan baffled so he called to get advice from his boss.
Did a minor adjustment to pipe layout and added a Y pipe with a clean out.
Resnaked the piping checked for leaks and a nice swirl when water was draining.
Have to give Nathan a big thumbs for taking pride in seeing this job to the end.😄👍

We had a very bad clog in our kitchen sink. After trying to repair it on my own I accidentally cracked the pipes under the sink. Called Mr Swirl late on a Friday and they were able to come out first thing Saturday morning.
Mark was great. It took a while to get the clog out (he said it was one of the worst he’s seen in a residential job).
Mark then replaced all the pipes under the sink. The original pipe work looked like it was done in a rush and Mark’s replacement of it looked like a vast improvement.
I was very pleased with the work Mark did and thought he was a very nice person to deal with.
I would highly recommend Mr. Swirl and Mark to anyone!

Mark Park came to our home to help unplug the main sink drain line.
This young man was very polite, fast and efficient in performing his task.
Mark too time to explain what he was doing and worked diligently for just over an hour to resolve the problem.
We then got a complimentary house plumbing inspection.
Excellent work ethic
