I was very impressed that Mike really listened to my concerns regarding the different plumbing issues and helped me out immensely. I think we all like to be heard. He gave knowledgeable information to me to help me understand what needed to be done. I was also on a time crunch. Stefano came and did the different plumbing jobs efficiently (even though some of it was quite difficult) He did a fabulous job! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Park Lane Plumbing. Thank you!

I called Park Lane Plumbing with issue of strange knocking noise coming out of my kitchen sink drain pipe, when hot water runs down. Mike answered right away, he was very friendly, and since there was no leakage or dripping, he suggested, I record the noise and send to him over as a message. He was very quick to respond to the sent recording and assured me there was no immediate problem. He suggested it was just a thermal expansion. I will continue to monitor the situation and if it gets worse, I will definitely give him a call. I feel he is very professional and will be able to resolve my problems. You will not find a more professional plumbing company in the GTA. Their workmanship is impeccable. They came quickly and worked in harmony with our condo superintendent to do a job that required a water shutdown. Put simply, they are the best!

I had Stefano from Park Lane Plumbing come by to fix a toilet issue today. There was a leak through the base that had crept through the floor and into a bulkhead in a closet below.
Mike set up an appointment quickly with very accurate timing. Stefano was really professional and diligent exploring all possible causes of the leak. He removed the toilet and replaced the faulty parts in no time, and left almost no cleanup. He even took time at the end of the service call to show me a couple of quick tips as I'm a newer home owner and he could tell I had nerves about plumbing issues. I'd definitely use the team again if I have a future issue. Many thanks.

My building called a plumber about a leak in my unit going down into the unit below. Alex arrived at my door and assessed the problem in the bathroom to discover there was no issue there. He then found the problem with my kitchen faucet. Alex was polite, professional and very expedient in his carrying out of the work necessary to solve the problem. A work plan has been put into action because of Alex's quick assessment of the work necessary to solve the problem. Alex was knowledgeable, quick working, patient, and extremely skilled in his craft. I would highly recommend using Alex and Park Lane again in the future.
