I wasn’t even sure if we had a real problem at first just a bit of dampness that didn’t go away. Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing came out, did a proper inspection, and showed me that moisture was slowly getting in behind the wall. The technician Sasha explained everything clearly and didn’t push anything extra. They installed an interior drainage system with a sump pump and sealed the weak areas. It’s been a few months now, and the basement feels completely dry, no more damp air at all.

We had water pooling near the foundation for a long time and nothing really fixed it permanently. Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing came in and handled everything properly. They excavated around the house, installed a waterproof membrane, replaced the weeping tiles, and improved the grading so water flows away from the house. After a few storms, it’s clear the problem is completely gone.

Chris and Maria from Aquamaster were outstanding to work with. Maria handled all the scheduling and communication, while Chris led the on-site team. They waterproofed the basement walls and repaired a leaking window well that had been causing problems for years. The team worked quickly, cleaned up thoroughly, and left everything looking great. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Five stars well deserved!

I hired Aquamaster to waterproof our basement after discovering a leak. At first, I was worried the job would cost an arm and a leg, but their pricing was actually very reasonable.
From the start, Erin was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process. I was truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism they showed — it's clear they genuinely care about their work and customer satisfaction. They were proactive and willing to address any concerns we had.
One thing to note: if your asphalt needs to be cut during the repair, they will initially patch it with cold asphalt. However, a gentleman later came by to do a proper repair, and he did a fantastic job. He was kind, polite, and the finished result was beautiful.
I highly recommend Aquamaster to anyone in need of waterproofing services. They are a trustworthy company, and we’re very happy with the results.
