Our shop had a few toilets and a sink that had definitely seen better days, so we reached out to Neptune Plumbing & Heating for replacements — and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Neptune Plumbing has been my plumber for close to 20 years. I have signed up every three years for their service agreement package and they come out every six months to check on the hot water tank. I just replaced the hot water tank Neptune installed 16 years ago, exceeded it's life expectancy by approx. 10 years. I believe this was because of the regular service calls.
I recommend Neptune Plumbing.

Well I had another great experience with Neptune Plumbing! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy B. He is kind, honest, and respectful. Jeremy took the time to explain his findings step by step on my outside water line problem. He's very thorough and we ended up doing a few added things that just made sense. He gladly stayed longer to take care of it. Don't hesitate to call this great company! 🙂

We had a leaky kitchen faucet and called Neptune to come and repair the leak. After assessing everything, Riley McDermott determined that the faucet was likely not repairable. He sent us to look for a new faucet which we did. Neptune worked with the store to have it ordered and Neptune picked it up when it came in.
Riley arrived promptly and in good spirits this morning around 8:30am as we had requested the first appointment of the day. It took about an hour to install and Riley tested it and reviewed its workings with us. He made sure we were happy with it. It looks fantastic and more importantly, it works and doesn’t leak!

The guys that came by for the job were excellent! They were punctual, extremely clean, excellent communication from first contact to quote to job completion. The work was done efficiently and properly. They even offered up some good advice and pro tips at no extra charge. The result of the work they did was better than I expected and for a final cost lower than I budgeted for. All around excellent! I will consult Neptune Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend their services ro anyone looking for great value in pluming work to be done.
