I'm the Strata Council chair for a 28 unit townhouse complex in Saanich, BC. It's my happiness to leave a glowing review for the hard-working team at Earth service drain master. We use their services every year to maintain our sprinklers system. The two Justin's and also a new hire named Leland work very hard and are very accommodating and patient and helpful. I'd also like to compliment Deanna in their office who does all of the bookings and is always a pleasure to work with. A+!

Outstanding service! We first used them last October to set right what another company had done incorrectly and were very happy. We had an issue this weekend so I called them on Friday night and they were here first thing Saturday morning. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. A truly professional company--highly recommended.

Shane and Stefan took the time to fix our emergency issue fully and let me follow them around like a toddler asking questions. They answered everything like a pro and taught me what I needed to not have another emergency situation. Front desk took my millions of calls with compassion and understanding. These guys are truly fantastic. Absolutely recommend!!

Earth Service dropped out of the sky to help us (pump failure resulting filling to the brim, field was also not working correctly). They are usually booked up but triaged the situation and fit us in.
They also took the time to educate us on how to look after and maintain as we were new to having a septic system.
I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service, from the friendly office staff to the pump-truck guy. We've been on this property for 25 years and the quality of service received from Earthservice Drainmaster puts every other company we've used in the past to shame (literally). We have a unique 3-chamber septic system, which every previous company over the years didn't know about, and as a result they had only emptied out the liquid and pump chambers. This company took a 5 second look at the liquids chamber and immediately knew that we had three chambers (how every other company missed this when they look at septic tanks for a living...). Thanks to their capabilities at their job, we actually have a cleaned out septic tank! 5/5 stars.
