We had an excellent experience! Austin and Randy were punctual, arrived on time for every appointment, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and all of our repair options. What we appreciated most was their flexibility; while they were here for one repair, they were able to help us with several additional items that needed attention as well.
Their customer service was outstanding, and they were able to fit us into their schedule within just two days. We were very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbing service.

We had a great experience with Out of This World Plumbing.
They were professional, kind, courteous, and very respectful throughout the entire job.
Communication was excellent, they showed up on time, and they kept everything very clean while working.
It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about customer service these days, but these guys definitely do.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service!

Austin came to replace our sump pump and battery backup during a time of need. He was extremely professional and hard working. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and taught me a few things which was extremely nice of him. He called whenever he was on his way so we knew when to expect him. I would highly recommend Out Of This World Plumbing for anyone with their plumbing needs. I will be using them again.

We recently had a laundry tub installed, and the entire experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Adam was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, ensured everything was properly fitted and sealed, and left the workspace spotless when the job was complete.
The installation itself is flawless — the tub is perfectly level, securely mounted, and functions beautifully. All plumbing connections were done neatly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. It’s clear that quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are top priorities.
We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend this service to anyone needing plumbing work done. Five stars all the way!!

Recently used out of this world plumbing - specifically Austin and Jeremy. They came to install a sewage ejector pit, run drainage piping, venting as well as new water lines for a basement laundry/bathroom project that I’ve been working on.
They did an incredible job to say the least. Very knowledgeable and organized. They were able to answer any question I had. I am confident that I will be calling them back for any future plumbing work that I need help with.
