Technician Rob came out to our plant, and cleared the industrial drain within 30 min with high pressure hose. Found the issue was a plastic container lodged in the drain that his equipment was strong enough to blow out into the grease trap. Fast, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks Rob!

I live way out in Rosedale it was Wednesday morning, I go into my furnace room and notice the clean water floor drain is overflowing…I called around Chilliwack as I needed EMERGENCY SERVICE! Only Mr. Rooter could make it out same day…The lady that answered the call was Erin, she took the time to listen to my scenario and requested emergency service. I had to run 🏃 out to work so my wife was at home 🏠 by herself, I was worried, as my wife knows enough to be dangerous.

Rob was our technician he cam out and quickly assessed the switch on the sump pump stopped, and the hot water heater pressure was too high at 80PSI which caused the release valve spring to wear out and constant hot water release…We were hour la away from a basement flood that most likely would not have been covered by insurance because it would have been considered maintenance/equipment failure and not a natural disaster….THABK YOU MR ROB AND ERIN FROM MR ROOTER I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND YOU AND YOUR SERVICES PLUMBING AND DRAINS YO ANYONE THAT NEEDED THEM. ETERNALLY GRATEFUL THANK YOU AGAIN…IT COST $1400.00 FOR THE SERVICES AND PARTS BUT A FLOOD WOULD HAVE COST ME $10,000.00+ dollars 💵 plus insurance etc.

Very good service and the work was completed conscientiously. The total cost was high. About two hours work with a few inexpensive parts to unclog a drain from my kitchen sinks and replacing the plumbing under the sinks ended up costing over $800. Seems high to me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Plumber was at my house for less than 3 hours to Replaced pump which was under $350 for
They never told me what is gonna cost when the plumber is coming they only told me $79 this dispatch fees after the work was done. I was charge $1300 They never give me invoice with a breakdown in labour and parts.No transparency. I expected when I called a local plumber that the prices would be at least somewhat comparable with other plumbing companies. Not so. They just charge some random exorbitant price. They get you because even if you disagree with the price, you will still have to pay for them to show up. What a shady company
When I emailed them and I asked him why I was charged that much. They told me it was an emergency. They should’ve told me it’s gonna be this cost. If they come sooner they are Chilliwack company it’s local company. They’re not coming from Vancouver to charge me $1300 it’s ridiculous therapy ripping people off they’re taking advantage Of Customers.
Most companies they give you breakdown what they have charged and what the material cost, and now I realize these guys are thieves😡😡😡

Had a clogged toilet. Plumber came out and fixed it. Took him less than 1 minute. (He was at my house for about 25 minutes total but didn't need to be). Charged $330. Plumber told me that's just the minimal cost for someone to come to your house to do anything. What an absolute ripoff. Will not be using these guys again.
