Water is now flowing again. Water was coming out of the gutter drain and running down the yard. Not cheap but worth while to keep house and property in good shape.

Had them at my house for a dripping soaker tub faucet. He was unsure if he could remove the cartridge without damaging the tiles, so it wasn’t fixed. Had him resolve a slow flushing toilet and cleared another tub drain of hair. He was here for 50 minutes and I was charged $434.00 minus a $25.00 senior discount. Such ridiculous rates!
My sister had a different company out to her place two days later for a dripping tub faucet & to install a new shower nozzle. All was completed in 45 minutes and the charge was $200. I will never use Mr. Rooter again.

My experience with Mr. Rooter was exceptional. My call was emergent in nature and the call taker took my information with a great deal of empathy and understanding. She provided me with an ETA and even called me when the plumber was finishing his previous job and en route. My plumber was Josh Gray - he was friendly and knowledgeable and solved my issue super fast! In addition, I appreciated the little bio that gets sent over to you about your plumber, so you know who will be inside your home. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter and so grateful for their prompt response and action. They are also fairly priced!

Someone came by did replacement of two incoming water lines at the washer room sink which was leaking; and also replaced kitchen sink drain U pipe by misdiagnosed the issue. I was charged over three hundred dollars which was expensive I thought.
Seven days later the same pipe start leaking.I called the company and Josh was sent here. He caught the problem right away and a set of constrainer was replaced and the issue for sure is fixed. Best of it was free of charge this time. Thank you Josh and he fixed it within 1/2 hours.
