I met Dimitri when he came by to fix our interceptor problem, he seemed very friendly and also professional, he gave me a reasonable price for the service and did a great work, I definitely recommend Drain City to everyone.

Called them to schedule a cleaning (used them before) and never showed up. Called to follow up why and was told will have someone next day. Never showed up. Called back and went to voicemails/never answered.
Not sure what happened but will use other companies going forward

My townhome condo corporation needed to repair the sewer line underneath of the unit floor. We contacted Draincity Plumbers and we got a reasonable price and fast response. They came on time as as scheduled and finished the job as promised for about 6-7 hours. We, the Condo Corp. Board, are very pleased with their service and quality of the work. We will use them again if another unit's drain gets affected by tree roots underneath of our units. Highly recommended.

A couple weeks ago I had a lot of back up from the sewer line into my basement. I had contacted Draincity in order to prevent any more damage to the basement and they had recommended me to install a sump pump to protect our basment from future flooding where back-ups are very common. The company had also informed us that we are able to apply for a city rebate which gave us $1250 back from the original price. I am very proud of Dmytri and his team to help my basment stay dry, and I would highly recommend giving a call for this service. :)

I just got my oil/grease interceptor done by Dmitry and team. They are professional at what they do. The job turned out to be very nice. They will respond to you very quickly if you have any questions or concerned. I am happy with the service I am getting and I highly recommended to anyone who are planning to get their oil/grease interceptor done.
