We had our back flow prevention device installed by this company in December just before the Holidays. We had told them we were short on time and wanted to get the job done quick and smoothly. They send their guy Jason that same day and provided me with a full written quote free of charge and an unbeatable price. We started the work and they were finished within a day after Drain City's plumbers arrived the day after. We were surprised at how quick they were able to install this thing in Winter and want to thank you guys for helping us protect our home!

We had DrainCity service for cleaning clogged drain in our commercial unit. It was done in hour after we called and the fast respond amazed our team. Nothing can be more pleasing then the time frame. DrainCity did good job for us and we forwarded our recommendations to our neighbors. Highly suggest this company, very professional team.

Drain City installed a backwater valve on our neighbour's property and damaged our property in the process.
They placed the valve too close to the property line and did not shore up the site for the long weekend despite a forecast of rain. With the heavy rains the site collapsed taking part of our front walkway with it. It was a potentially dangerous situation with an approximate 9' hole full of water and gas lines exposed.
When I first called they promptly answered but said they could not send anyone because of the holiday (Thanksgiving 2013). This despite advertising 24/7 service. Further calls have gone unanswered as have e-mails and written letters. They have made no attempt to take responsibility for their work; apologize or compensate us for the damage done. When they finally did come to finish the job, they simply filled in the hole burying our stones at the bottom leaving us to purchase replacement stones plus repair the walkway.

We did not hire this company. They were contracted by our neighbour but damaged our property in doing the work.

They placed a backwater valve at the property line and did not shore up the site properly despite a forecast of rain. This despite advertising 24/7 service. The collapsed area was about 9 feet deep with an exposed gas line and then filled with water. Worst of all when they finally did arrive they just filled the hole in, burying our stones at the bottom! We are now left with the cost of buying new stones and repairing our front walk.

They have not responded to any of our phone calls, e-mails or written letters. They have taken no responsibility for the damage they caused or made any attempt to compensate us.

I called them late night to fix my leaky faucet in the kitchen. The problem was serious, the water kept running and I couldn't stop it. DrainCity plumber was at my place approximately in 40 minutes and immediately started working. He fixed the faucet leak and also inspected the whole water system of the kitchen to ensure there would be no more leaks (all this for one flat fee!). Now I know whom to call with any plumbing or drain problems!

They are the aces of emergency plumbing! They came in just 7 (!) mins after my call and got rid of water flooded the garage and laundry room. They diagnosed the roots of the flood and fixed the problem quickly. The minus point is the price, but really the quality of their work and how fast they could do it - it's just amazing!

I have very old house and this spring I found my basement badly needs waterproofing. A friend of mine recommended Draincity to me as really strong professionals. Excellent basement waterpoofing work! Finaly I got rid of the floody basement. Drain City plumbers worked very thoroughly and I was pleased with their fast and professional work. As you know basement waterproofing is quite pricey project here in Toronto, but I've got some summer discount from their salesperson. Highly recommend!

After Canada Day celebration we disposed too much food and the pipes got clogged up completely. After some internet research I called Draincity and several other companies. Draincity provided the most reasonable estimate. They arrived and used a special drain snake to clear out the pipes, and they completed the work in just one hour. The water happily run again! Need to admit they kept my kitchen clean while they worked.

My house had some chronic sewer issues for 5 years. Drain City Plumbers found the roots of the problem and fixed it the same day. I was really impressed!
