Kevin and his crew did an amazing job replacing the water line on our property. They were professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently, the site was kept clean, and they took the time to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Kevin and his crew to anyone needing this type of work done. Thank you for a job well done!

Technician service was good overall, and he worked hard to clear the pipe. Pricing was charged hourly plus a $250 equipment fee. I’m not sure if this is standard practice, but it was included on the bill.

The crew was able to clean the Bego pipe significantly compared to its original condition. They also identified two issues in the line: one section had shifted and another section appeared collapsed. From my understanding, sewer camera inspections usually have locator capability to pinpoint the exact location of issues, but this information was not provided. I was later told they would need to return with a locator to determine the locations, which did not make much sense to me since this could likely have been done during the original visit. I would expect an authorized plumbing company to have the proper equipment prepared for this type of job.

The main issue was the follow up service afterward. I tried contacting Kevin, the manager/supervisor, to better understand what repairs would actually be required. It took about two weeks to receive a quote, but there was very little explanation of the proposed work. At that point we still did not know the exact locations of the two issues. making it difficult to understand the scope of repairs. I was never informed whether the damaged sections were inside the garage or outside the property or underneath concrete or in another difficult access area. I also requested clearer photos of the collapsed pipe multiple times.

After more than a month I still had not received proper clarification and the only photos provided were very limited. From a customer’s point of view, the after service communication and support were very disappointing. I should have contacted a local company instead of the big name franchise. So if you have something similar to get service and have a proper inspection done, take mine as an example of what is expected.

Main sewer line in my house was plugged, everything that went down the drain overflowed out of my downstairs toilet and sinks, it was the weekend ... I have used Mr. Rooter services several times before in a commercial building so I already knew they were more expensive, but I also knew that they always got the job done professionally, right the first time and to my complete satisfaction. In fact, the reason I started using them was they had to complete a job my usual plumbing contractor couldn't finish.

Waris was on time, properly equipped, knowledgeable, professional, and had my drain going in no time. He asked the right questions so he could address the problem and followed up to make sure things were flowing, checking for leaks, cleaning up afterwards. And again, while he was here, dealt with a previous issue my usual plumber said was difficult and wouldn't do. For me, they are value for money, and their service has proven that to me several times. Thank you, Waris!

1. Promo offer on the website for "Drain Cleaning Special" which expires 03/13/2026 (photo attached) link did not work & plumber knew nothing about it. Please review my Invoice H27694 & refund or explain why not. 2. plumber added a $24.00 "Truck Charge" which wasn't disclosed when he arrived and must be A JOKE...!!! Is there any plumber in the world who doesn't arrive in a truck? When Mr Rooter is charging $289 for the 1st hour, do you really think the $24.00 "Truck Charge" is necessary? Please reverse that "charge" immediately.

Awesome service! I needed a service call over the weekend and was told that Saturday was almost full. Mr. Rooter managed to get a tech out to my place near the end of the day. Parm is professional and very thorough. I have called Mr Rooter before and will do so again in the future.

Mr. Rooter did a good enough job snaking my drain but I had to dock stars for the re install of my toilet.

When putting my toilet back I saw the technician messing around with a set of giant pliers and I sort of thought why is he using those. When my wife went to tidy up she noticed the connection was leaking quite badly. The connector was super loose so I had to tighten them myself. As I was doing that I noticed that the nut to hold the toilet to the floor had been dropped inside the toilet.

This wouldn't have been an issue had the technician told me he dropped the nut because it was super tight in there and he was a big guy. He did not however, tell me he dropped the nut and there was nothing holding the toilet down on that side. That is inexcusable. So I'd doubt I'd use these guys again.

I also feel the tech kind of fudged the time a bit. He spent what seemed like 20 minutes to write out my invoice which put him closer to a 2 hour call than the just over 1 hour to actually finish the job.
