If I could give ServiceMaster Restoration ten stars, I would. After all the rain finally took out my sump pump and left me with a flooded disaster, Keaton, Ryley, and David didn’t just show up to the they showed UP. These three are absolute professionals and genuinely some of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Calm, confident, and incredibly skilled, they walked me through the entire insurance claim process and made something I was dreading feel completely manageable. They worked their tails off, treated my home with more care than I could’ve asked for, and never once cut a corner. Keaton, Ryley, and David are the kind of people who restore your faith in good, honest, hardworking service. ServiceMaster is lucky to have them. After a water leak in my mother's home, her insurance contacted ServiceMasters to handle the remediation and restoration work. From the very beginning of this process, we were very impressed with the promptness, care, and understanding by this group of people. They were always on time, friendly, and responsive to any questions we had. The quality of work and restoration was great and we would recommend them for any repairs needed. I had a sewage backup due to 72 ft of collapsed sewer line. My insurance company promptly contacted ServiceMaster. They sent Jason Fleming out. Jason was very thorough and a comforting presence after such a disaster. The crew that came out to catalog my items was very kind and thoughtful. Everyone makes mistakes though and they did accidentally damage something of my daughter's. Jason did an excellent job taken care of that and only came at me with kindness. There was no arguing or saying that his crew didn't do it, which I really appreciated during this stressful time.
A young man from that crew removed the wood paneling in my basement to reveal material latent defects that were very obviously disclosed from me during the sale of this house when I bought it a year ago. He brought me downstairs and showed me the defects and advised me that that was not part of my insurance claim and that I would have to take care of that separately. I really appreciated that. It showed that they were really looking out for me.
There wasn't uploading error when it came to our contents that was deemed non-restorable. Jason promptly sent out someone the next day to re-catalog everything.
Because I have no skills or knowledge in this area of work, I'm not well, and I'm a lady who lives alone, I opted for the insurance to pay out service Master's directly for all of the work. However, because of the material latent defects that were discovered, Jason called me and advised me that that probably wasn't a good idea because they would have to do work up until a certain point and then stop and then wait for me to have other contractors come in and fix what was behind my walls and then come back, which would incur extra cost for me that were not included in the estimate that they insurance agreed to pay. I felt like he really was looking out for me when he made that phone call. He was looking out for my best interest instead of what suited his company's bottom line, and I really appreciate it that.
So I went with the cash out option, and if I can't find the right contractor for me locally, I will be paying service Masters out of my cash out to do the work because I trust them. I trust Jason.

Had water damage that affected my apartment which involved getting baseboards, trim , toe kicks and suspended ceiling work done . Service master did a great job and everything was done quickly and to perfection . Jozo did most of the work aside from the flooring and could not be happier with the job he had done . I'd recommend jozo from service master for any carpentry work above none. The whole crew at service master did a great job as well, Liana , Harry sr, van , and the rest of the crew names I've forgotten .

In the aftermath of arson, Servicemaster, especially Matt, Danijel, Toni and Beth were so supportive and helpful navigating the restoration of our church building. Their kindness and hard work in a difficult time helped us move forward in tangible ways.
While we miss seeing you, we are so thankful to be back in our beautifully restored building!
