Had a great experience with Affordable Comfort Ltd. The booking process was super easy, and unlike other companies, there was basically no wait time.

Nathan was great when he came to diagnose the problem, he was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Matt and Emmett installed my new AC unit, and they were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.

I also really appreciated the regular updates on when my new unit was coming in and when the technicians would be arriving. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

I had a great experience with David .P from Affordable Comfort. He provided excellent service while repairing our furnace, specifically addressing an issue with the air pressure sensor.

David was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. He clearly explained what the problem was and how the air pressure sensor was affecting the system, which I really appreciated. It gave me confidence that the repair was being done properly.

He worked quickly but thoroughly, and now our furnace is running perfectly again. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers.

I highly recommend Affordable Comfort for a job well done. Our furnace didn’t work properly at the worst time of a very cold weather.
From scheduling with Julia and Jenny, to Austin’s amazing explanation on the issue and pinpointing what the problem is, and to a quick, efficient and very knowledgable tandem of Jessie and Brandon to finally resolve the issue. Even after office hours, they were able to fix the issues without forcing for a furnace replacement. Hats off to these guys.

Affordable Comfort uses a modern dispatch system that sends a text with the technician’s photo when they are en route, providing great security and peace of mind before they even arrive. It began with Floriano, the service tech, who provided a second-opinion diagnostic that was incredibly thorough. He walked me through every test, explaining the technical failures in terms I could actually understand, and used photos to illustrate exactly why the unit needed replacing. He even secured the necessary measurements that same day to ensure a fast turnaround.
​The installation the following day by Cole and John was equally impressive. They were highly professional, prepping the area to protect our floors and ensure a safe, clean workspace. After the install, they walked me through the new Midea unit's operation and left the area spotless—it was like they were never there. It’s rare to find a team that combines such high-level technical skill with genuine respect for the customer’s home. Highly recommended.
