Excellent job on replacing PVC pipes in my parents' home. Efficient and the job was done when it was said it would be completed. Very pleased with the service.

Every time I go into look for something I always seem to get the same helpful lady. Unfortunately today they didn’t have what I needed but she went out of her way and gave me a few suggestions. Thank you again for the help as it was very much appreciated.

We just had Evan here to service our fireplace. He was very efficient and friendly. We'll definitely keep his name for the next time. Thank you Evan. Merry Christmas to all of you there.

Very disappointed in this company. My mom and dad (86 and 92) used them last year for fall servicing of their furnace. They were pleased with the job and were handed a nice, detailed checklist of what was serviced/checked, and a clean bill of health for the furnace.
So based on this service, they called them again this year. This time, my dad was told verbally that there was an issue with the furnace and that they should think of replacing it due to a rebate of some kind. There was no detailed report in writing this time. Since they're likely to be selling their property within the next year and likely to a developer, I tried reaching out to them to find out what the issue was. I emailed and did receive a call from their office and was promised a more detailed response after she spoke with the tech. I got none. But she did email an invoice to me which had no details at all. I tried emailing a week later, and after getting no response again for several days, I called the office. She explained that the tech said their were "fluctuations in the carbon dioxide levels", but the levels were still in the "normal range".
So as a layman, I asked is this a dangerous situation. Or is it something we can live with safely until we sell. We do have multiple carbon dioxide detectors. I also asked for a the same detailed report that we had been given last year. And also asked if the same issue was detected last year. She promised me she would again speak with the tech, and send another invoice to my email by the end of the day, with all the details that I requested. That was a week ago now. And nothing. So, my parents are full of anxiety. My son, their grandson, stays here with all of us every other week, and they're afraid to run their furnace.
We tried multiple times to resolve our concerns with them before getting to the point of having to write this negative review. If they QUICKLY resolve our concerns, I'll be happy to revise the rating and the review to reflect that. Otherwise, I hope this serves as a warning to others.
