The service technician diagnosed the issues, recommended the solutions, gave me the estimate for the fixes prior to any work for my approval. Dylan was here for over 3 hours, and his work was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had our sewer replaced and were very happy with Mr Rooter. Andrew & Bobby and their crews were friendly, professional and made us feel at ease during a stressful week. We appreciated the open communication of each member of the Mr Rooter team that we interacted with and would definitely recommend using them!

Dylan came out to fix my sump pump and was phenomenal. He was on time, very knowledgeable, communicated every step of the way, very friendly and resolved the issue. I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured. He took his time and was very thorough to ensure the job was done correctly. He also helped clear my bathroom sink drain before he left. I will 100% recommend this company to friends and family and request Dylan in the future! The receptionist that took my booking over the phone was also super friendly and great to deal with! Thanks!

Mr. Bobby came to our home, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done. He provided a detailed breakdown of the repair costs upfront, which we really appreciated. He was not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also personable and pleasant to deal with.
After completing the repair, he made sure the area was thoroughly cleaned, which speaks volumes about their standards.
I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Their pricing is comparable to other companies, but in my experience, they truly stand out when it comes to professionalism and customer service.
