This was the third major project Mr. Rooter has done for my family’s homes in the past year. The professionalism & attention to detail is top notch. Every crew member is kind & friendly, trustworthy gentlemen. They respect your home by always cleaning up, they respect your time by letting you know they’re on the way, & they take a lot of pride in their work. Tammy, who runs the back-end customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in construction. Always a prompt solution-oriented & friendly voice on the line. Mr. Rooter sets the standard high for all construction companies in Regina. I strongly recommend this team.

I got Mr. Rooter to replace my sewer line and rough in a bathroom in my basement. I am extremely happy with everything they did. Andrew and his crew went above and beyond in their workmanship and did an amazing job with clean up and returning everything to the way it was after as well. They answered any questions I had along the way and made it an enjoyable process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The service technician diagnosed the issues, recommended the solutions, gave me the estimate for the fixes prior to any work for my approval. Dylan was here for over 3 hours, and his work was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

What a wonderfully pain free experience with having our sewer line replaced by Andrew and his team! After having home sewer inspection done by Andrew months ago, he noted a few things but the major one being our collapsing main sewer line. We are very thankful our insurance bore the brunt of the upfront costs.
Tammy at the office has great communication. Andrew and the two men were in and out in 2 days-with no mess left behind. The grass they seeded will be the nicest patch on my lawn! We’ll definitely continue to use Mr Rooter!

Dylan came out to fix my sump pump and was phenomenal. He was on time, very knowledgeable, communicated every step of the way, very friendly and resolved the issue. I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured. He took his time and was very thorough to ensure the job was done correctly. He also helped clear my bathroom sink drain before he left. I will 100% recommend this company to friends and family and request Dylan in the future! The receptionist that took my booking over the phone was also super friendly and great to deal with! Thanks!

Tanner did a great job! He works with accuracy. He thoroughly explained the process. I was with him when he did the sewer cleaning and explained to me what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable also and was able to answer everything I asked about plumbing pipes and other related questions! I highly recommend this company! Another thing that I like about the company is they have Tammy, who organizes the schedule. She is very responsive!
