We used Perfection Plumbing for a small job after hearing their ad on the radio. Our call was answered by a friendly human voice (Charles) who listened to our plumbing problem and promptly made an appointment. Tom, the service specialist, was prompt and showed up right in the 2 hour window given. He was friendly and explained things so that my elderly mother understood. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. We are happy with the service and professionalism and would not hesitate to use Perfection Plumbing again.

Wow! I just had Liam in to take a look at one of my outside taps that was leaking on the inside when I turned my water on for the summer. He explained things in detail and gave me options and prices that I could choose from to have him fix it. He did a fantastic job and made things much easier when I go to turn my water off in the fall.
Thank you Liam for doing such a fantastic job. I will definitely be recommending you and the business to many people. 👍😁

I was concerned my sump pump needed repair/replacement. I submitted an online request for an appointment at 5 am. Within 30 mins of their opening time, Perfection Plumbing had called and got me a same-day appointment! Their plumber, Tryf, was friendly, professional and a dog lover (gave my dogs lots of love!). He diagnosed the problem quickly, provided me with options and cost estimates on the spot, and replaced my sump pump all within an hour. Quick response times, great service, great people - I would highly recommend!

He was fantastic to deal with - friendly, very knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions, took time to analyze the issue and explain the process, and was transparent with the cost from the start. He did an excellent job resolving the blockage and treated our home with care and respect. The work environment was protected during the repair and was left in immaculate condition. Tom also left us with a couple of nice swag items from Perfection Plumbing! Once again, it was an amazing experience and I will use them again. Thank you very much, Tom!

I had Liam come to my home to switch out my sink, he went above and beyond doing a great job. He also gave me options and helped me get ready to do a utility sink install. I really like how all the prices are given at the start of the job. I'll be sticking with Perfection Plumbing from here on out!

I chose this company because it had some of the highest ratings and most positive reviews I could find online through Google and Reddit. After my experience, I can definitely see why.
When I called, I was immediately connected with a real person who understood that I was dealing with a plumbing emergency that I couldn’t fix on my own. They were helpful right away and honestly empathetic with my situation with their comments and quickly got the process started to have someone come out as soon as possible.
The plumber who arrived was Chase. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately and explained everything clearly. He told me exactly what the cost would be up front with no surprises. He also mentioned a couple optional upgrades that could be done but there was absolutely no pressure to add anything. I appreciated that he simply provided the information and let me decide.
The repair itself was completed quickly and everything went smoothly. Payment was easy and I was able to pay by debit on the spot.
Overall it was a completely hassle free experience and the service lived up to its reputation. I would absolutely recommend them, and it is easy to see why so many people in the Saskatoon community speak highly of their work.

Tom was professional and very knowledgeable. He repaired a leaking kitchen water line and made sure that everything was working properly. I would definitely ask for him again for any plumbing needs. And the cost was definitely reasonable!
