Seriously over charging!
$1,947.00 charge for troubleshooting on-demand water heater with a shower valve change with the issue not resolved. Another plumber solved it for $135.00 and a quoted cost of $400.00 for the shower valve.
Called Marvelous to troubleshoot an on demand water heater. I was working the day they were available to come to look so my son was at the house during the appointment.
They did not resolve the issue despite a $500 hot water heater service and a $1300 shower valve repair (Parts at most $200 so $1100 for install of a shower valve cartridge. This type of job takes an hour at most.)
After raising concern I was informed that they charge by the task and not the time and there was nothing going to be done to resolve my concern.
I contacted Berger's plumbing who took 30 minutes to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it at a cost of $135.00.

We had another excellent experience with Marvelous, Richie came when our pipes were leaking under our kitchen sink. He figured out the problem quickly and did a full re-build.He even stayed so we could check that everything was working with out new dish washer as well.

Booked Marvelous to do an A/C service. Communication was excellent! Received timely texts to inform me of my scheduled appointment and the arrival time of the technician Rod. Rod was very pleasant and friendly. He was very efficient and explained what he was going to do. After his inspection he explained what he found and what our options were. Rod got everything fixed up and the A/C is working perfectly, ready to keep us cool in the upcoming summer season. Will definitely use Marvelous in the future.

Tony recently replaced my hot water tank. When I first called, they were able to fit me in quickly. Tony arrived on time and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He informed me of several options in detail after a through assessment of the current state and age of my hot water tank. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to complete the job the same day! No mess, no issues. I was completely satisfied with the service, cost and professionalism by Tony and would 100% recommend!

Discovered a plumbing leak on a Thursday just before lunch time. Starting calling around, and other companies would not be able to come out until Monday, leaving us with a leak over the weekend with freezing temps. Called Marvelous and they were able to squeeze us in and we had a tech at our house within 2 hours. Richie, our technician, did an inspection, including all other plumbing. He was able to replace the leaking pipe and had us back up and running in no time. He was extremely professional, yet personable. Very efficient and willing to explain and educate us on what happened and what he was doing rectify the problem. From beginning to end, the whole process was quick, friendly, extremely accommodating and everyone helped relieve our stress. Thank you Marvelous and Richie for saving our weekend!
