Terrible staff. This location needs to close down. I would rather go to places lik Home Depot for somewhat better service. Any where but this place.

Great experience at Rona, thanks to Gurman. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me find treated lumber. He took the time to explain the different options and made sure I got the right materials for my project. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and positive attitude. I came, I asked, I procured, I paid, l left. No worries, no problems. Good service. Also needed to return a purchase. No questions asked which I appreciated. Friendly attendant. This was my first time shopping there but I'll be back. Great location for me.

I recently visited the store and had a great experience. I needed help loading some heavy blocks, and Ankush was incredibly helpful. He was very friendly, assisted me with loading everything into my car, and made the whole process so much easier. I also had a few questions, and he took the time to answer them all patiently and clearly.

My dad and I came in for assistance with our toilet situation at home and Nicole was super helpful! She explained which products were best and how to use them. She even told us a bit about her own experience with the situation. Really helpful.
