I can only recommend do not buy any appliances from Rona. They do not stand behind the Items they sell the return policy is 48 hours out of the box which makes zero sense if you buy the extended warranty it only covers it once the full year manufacturer Warranty is up you would think at least a 90 day policy would be in place sales associate was argumentative and disrespectful. That’s the last of purchase anything from me at Rona it’s home hardware and Home Depot and Castle for me.

Wicked place with great staff. Went in confused on what I was doing to repair my drywall and Jim the manager was amazing. Helped me find everything I need in a few minutes and was super knowledgeable. He also gave me options that were more affordable and didn't try to upsell me on anything I wasn't familiar with. Felt like the good ol customer service from the 90s. Solid guy, solid place.

Never had a bad experience here. They're always willing to help. Good selection, online purchase able and you get help loading everything. Prices are average but they're end of the season sales are amazing. We got a $500 patio set (assembled) for half price. The cashier is always friendly and she's the nicest lady, always smiling amd laughing. Save the drives all over town and go to rona.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Robert, one of the yard workers, who went above and beyond by helping me hand-bomb 85 patio slabs. His hard work, positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm made me feel like a truly valued customer. It’s clear that Robert takes pride in what he does, and management should be incredibly proud to have such a dedicated and professional employee on their team. This experience was an absolute 10/10, and it’s the reason I’ll continue to make the drive to the Trenton location. Thank you, Robert, for making such a positive impact!
