No bags, no box, no nothing to carry my items out, I had to juggle with all my stuff, all they wanted to give me was a very large flat rolling cart that would have made all my things fall allmover the place. I spent $200 on items and they couldn't just grab me some kind of bag or box. Poor customer service

This store is dirty, messy and poorly organized. Displays have spelling mistakes that don’t correlate with the product below making it difficult to find stock. No one asks if you need help and tracking down staff is the customer’s responsibility and when you do find someone they have limited product knowledge. “ Doing it Right” is a slogan with no substance.

Frankly abhorrent customer service. No service to the customer deck after multiple call outs and leader chose to not handle it after being informed. A record speed in the wrong direction for online service when I could've just walked in faster.

Ordered online from this store.. they sent half a product (bin without the lids), then took over 3 weeks to get back to me with an answer. They found that there was a mistake and all the lids are missing, and the only way to get my money back is to return them.. been waiting a week for a return label and they still haven't sent one.

Very frustrating process and still hasn't been dealt with!
