Found the place is ok. Prices are high. There is an older gentleman that works customer service desk. Very nice. Rest of staff is high school students with no clue how to serve it help. Don't know how to ask for help. This place is a real hard place to get anything done for your home.
Ordered a custom garage door on Nov 12 only in after I phone multiple times and waited well over 2 months.
Now to be fair there was an issue with one staff member. However store policy is yucky due to no, repeat, No prep for all their custom orders. Very unprofessional, highly aggravating.
This place could be run better with even small amounts of better care of staff.
Not buying much here anymore. Will go anywhere else!

"I purchased a vacuum cleaner at Rona Winkler. After using it only once, I realized it was far too heavy for me. I returned to the store to request an exchange or refund, but the manager refused. The receipt was only provided in English, so I was unable to read their after-sales policy. In Canada, I have the right to receive information in one of the two official languages, including French. I am very disappointed with their lack of flexibility and disregard for consumer rights."
