Home depot offerd me a contractor discount then renegged . I went to Lowe's and Kyle at the pro desk not only went out of his way to help but honored the contractor discount and did his very best to get me the best value .I'm sharing this experience with my colleagues

On Monday March 23 2021 I went to the Pickering store to buy a new patio furniture set I waited 15 minutes in that department and nobody was around to help so I went to the service counter to ask if someone could help me, the announced over the speaker system for someone to come to the outdoor furniture department. I waited 15 more minutes and someone finally came but helped someone else who came in after me. The service and attention to detail does not exist at the Pickering location I left and went to Home Depot and spent $ 2,00.00 on patio furniture
Rest assured I will make sure the head office gets a copy of this
