Although it was close to closing time, Trevor's expertise helped in selecting not only the right paint, but also the brand that worked with my budget. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful...and all with a smile.

Went in today and were helped right away. Because we measured once and cut twice 🙄 we had to return and restock. The Rona crew took great care of us once again. 🤜🤛 Quick & friendly service-what more can you ask for. Great job Team Saturday Rona!

If you want to see what the support services are like for any product sold here try calling the store. Tried 5 times and no one would pick up. And when someone finally did the call dropped and again no one answered. I could not imagine if I really needed help it would be like. Just try and support Canadian businesses :(

Sarah at the ordering desk was beyond helpful when I needed to find a part for a Dewalt product. Even though the store didn’t carry it, she went above and beyond and found me the part number and shared 2 different online sellers where I could find the $8 part. Amazing customer service. Thank you.
