RONA PRINCE Albert worst store ever! I would like to support our Canadian market but the stress of shopping at Rona is unbelievable, no staff and nobody knows what the hell they are doing . The most horrible service ever! I will drive to Home Depot miles away just to have the peace of mind that there is people to help you and service is 100 times better than Rona . Sorry Rona you better clean up your act or your the next retailer to go down !

Trying to get warranty on a water heater water heater company gave me a referance number and told me what to do. Came to rona because the sell the water heater but they wont even look into it because i didnt buy the water heater from them
Ive never gotten any good custermer service from Rona. Most of staff are totally clueless when asked for help
Up date Still waiting for a warranted heater from Rona. Ive been in contact with the Water heater company numerous times and Rona numerous times. Still getting the run around from Rona. Talked to assistant store manager and he said the the water heater company said they couldn't ship out a 48 gal water heater and all Rona had was 40 gal and 60 gal tanks
And that the water heater company said to go to Can Tire to get a 48 gal tank
So i got back in touch with water heater company and they said that the 48 gal tank was us gal which is the same as the 40 Gal tanks that Rona has in Stock. Both are 182 L tanks a d that Rona should be supplying me with a tank straight replacement
Now i dont understand why Rona assistant store manager would tell me that the water heater company would tell me to go to Canadian tire to get the tank 🤔
Ive teies dealing at Rona before but the only food dealings ive had with the store in prince albert has been with the lumber department all the other departments have never seemed to have the knowledge or custermer service
Definitely not a store i will be shopping at or referring anyone to go shop at
Its been a tolal frustrating situation 😒 one of the worst custermer service experiences ive ever had

3rd time in 6 months I had keys made and 3 times had to come back because the keys were not made properly and would work.

The staff here are amazing! I always seem to run into the same guy, and he always takes the time to really help me out. Even if he doesn't know, he knows the other staff members well and can find you someone who can answer your questions or point you in the right direction. Hell yeah.

It's again Poor service. I been here yesterday. Since I require some specification lights. Requested for help. Waited for exactly 30 minutes for help, but no one came. The lady at Payment counter said . We don't have enough staff. On last She called MOD.
Finally MOD arrived who has Zero knowledge about lights. Such a unprofessionalism.
And we recieved wrong product.
