Ordered a refrigerator online May 29. Was scheduled to arrive June 2. Was phoned and told it would be here June 9. Was phoned and told again that it would not make it on that date. I was told I would get a gift certificate for the inconvenience. I was to receive a follow up call to confirm delivery date. That did not happen. I have no clue when the refrigerator will arrive, no follow up call, just crickets. It is now June 11, and no idea or plan on when this will arrive. Very unprofessional considering how much I’ve shopped at Rona over the years.

I sent someone to pickup a simple plumbing fitting that was ordered and paid for online and ready for pickup. What should’ve been a simple quick in and out turned into 25 minutes of them being ignored and the employees not knowing what to do. There’s definately a lack of knowledge and good customer service

RONA Moose Jaw is a solid alternative if you're tired of the chaos at the Regina locations. It’s a massive store right on Thatcher Drive that actually seems to keep its shelves stocked and its aisles organized.
The Inventory: Just like that gazebo situation in Weyburn, this location is a lifesaver when the Regina stores are cleaned out. Whether it's specific lumber cuts or seasonal outdoor gear, they usually have what you're looking for without the "out of stock" runaround.
The Layout: It's a clean, bright store that's easy to navigate. You don't feel like you need a search party just to find a specific type of screw or a plumbing fixture.
The Service: Staff are generally easy to track down and actually know their way around the departments. It’s got a bit more of that "local" helpfulness despite being a big-box name.

I normally deal on Regina but was getting an ariens snow blower and Regina didn't have one.
Would recommend this waaaaaayyyy more than the Regina location. Everyone in Regina seems too busy or understaffed and I've had problems just getting help even after being asked if I need help.
This location... Wow I walked in the door snow blowers were right there. I was looking for a minute and a lady offered to help me Tatiana maybe? She was super helpful and told me what she could about the blowers. I asked to have it assembled and delivered which I think she did the assembly. The blower came properly assembled and the fella that dropped it off was super friendly. Despite coming down the highway to Pense in the winter it came pretty clean was well loaded and everything was as it should be.
Would highly recommend!

Ordered cabinets which arrived from the factory damaged. Rona owns the company that manufactures them. Then when they sent the wrong door they told me I was wrong about the size of the door that I measured in our kitchen. Then their employee quit and I had to start all over again as they have no system to keep their teams up to date..
